How to get your kitesurfing or Wing Foiling license?
It’s the question people ask when starting this sport. A license is mandatory and is not included in the course fee. It will cover you for specific civil liability (CL) in case of damage to others (bodily injury or property damage), for this high-risk sport. For personal injuries, you’ll need to get personal accident coverage (PA) if you wish.
The license can be obtained online or through our secretary Claire before the first lesson.
There are 2 federations that issue licenses for kitesurfing and Wing Foiling:
French Sailing Federation FFVoile

FFVoile Licenses : Suggested for kiters keen to learn kitesurfing and practice year-round! And for kiters who practice sailing! Our Club Number is 83S06

FFVL Licenses: Suggested for kitesurfers who practice paragliding! Our Club Number is 01962.

Below is the medical certificate form for adults only for an annual license.
If you choose the FFVoile license, the medical certificate is mandatory only for the adult annual license; remember to have it completed by your doctor before your arrival!
